Program Rules & Regulations
Welcome to the Gib-SanSPLASH Loyalty Program—our way of saying thank you! Earn rewards every time you shop with us at the Gib-San Pool and Hot Tub Centre. Here’s what you need to know:
Earn 1% back in Gib-SanSPLASH points on eligible retail purchases (before tax and fees) in-store or via authorized channels. Points are awarded after qualifying transactions.
– Open to individuals 18+ years old.
– Business accounts welcome (subject to approval).
– Registration requires completed account setup and email consent for updates and rewards notifications.
– 1 point = $0.01 (e.g., 500 points = $5.00).
– Points may not be earned on gift cards, prior purchases, delivery charges, or other excluded items.
– Redeem points toward eligible future purchases (some exclusions may apply).
– Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold.
To keep your points active, make at least one purchase or redemption per year.
Points expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity (no qualifying transactions).
All unused points will be forfeited at that time.
– Keep contact details up to date.
– Request point balances in-store or through our customer service team.
– Gib-San may modify or cancel the program at any time without notice.
– If the program ends, you’ll have 60 days to use remaining points.
– Abuse of the program may lead to account removal and forfeited points.
– Information is used solely to manage your membership and send program-related updates.
– Email subscription is required for full participation (you can unsubscribe at any time, but this may affect your access to updates and promotions).
