Education
Gib-San is proud of our commitment to continued education for our team. We have a “classroom” environment setup with an operational pool complete with all of our G3 equipment. We have everything needed to simulate real life scenarios. In addition to our dedicated classroom seminars our staff often attend industry trade seminars at manufacturers’ offices across the United States and Canada. We conduct intense seasonal training on equipment and maintenance procedures for our seasonal Client Care staff.

Training
Design is such an important part of pool building which is why our design and sales teams stay well informed on the latest design trends by participating in global design university accredited education. They attend the two best industry design institutions - (Genesis 3 University; Watershape University). Gib-San is also very involved with industry management and educational committees. Caley Gibbs serves on the MPG marketing committee as well as sits on the Board of Directors for the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance. Staying involved in our industry, better serves our clients.
Our Gib-San team actively participates in training year round. Improving our team’s capability, capacity, productivity and attitude allows us to continue to raise the bar. Annually our management team participates in a leadership retreat. This retreat involves training on industry related products, culture, mental, physical and spiritual health and so much more.

Our Gib-San family extends past the company walls as family time is very important to us all. We share a personal connection to the family time that is enjoyed around the pool. We can share our personal knowledge and experience with you when evaluating the needs of your family. Tried, tested and true!
Our Gib-San Team is our Extended Family
Gib-San hosts an annual management retreat for team development. Gib-San invests in regular on-going education for our team. Education is one of our core values. Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Project Management, Time Management Culture Workshops, Mental Health, Mindset as well as other courses have provided tools to improve our professional and personal lives making us better equipped to take care of our clients. During our annual retreats we meditate at 5:30AM, receive education and bond as a team. Our retreats contribute to our incredible company culture. We are a family and we love our careers. Bringing your backyard resorts to life is the purpose of our work.
