A Third Generation Company
Ed Gibbs Sr. started this company to build pools and provide for his family. Ed Gibbs could not wait to follow in his father’s footsteps and have the opportunity to work with his father. In his forty plus years with the organization he has passionately grown the business ever since. Ed’s two adult children, Caley and Connor, likewise followed in his footsteps starting in the business during their educational journeys and both had the unique as well as special opportunity to work with both their grandfather and father. Our family legacy continues.
Our History of Industry Leadership
Ed Gibbs Sr. founded Gib-San Pools over fifty years ago and became one of the early leaders in the swimming pool and spa design/build and maintenance business in Toronto. He served as president of the Ontario Swimming Pool Association (OSPA) in 1968 and the Canadian Swimming Pool Association (CANSPA) in 1983. Until his passing Ed sincerely loved being around the happiness that swimming pools brought families. His legacy remains constant and he is missed dearly.
